Etler-Kettenacker Agency’s Disaster Preparation Paid Off

EK Agency’s Manager, Rachel Kettenacker-Butler was alerted of the pipe burst and came in quickly to determine the extent of the damage.  The EK office itself suffered some damage since it was one floor below where the pipe ruptured.  The office opened as usual and EK was able to continue servicing their clients in need and who were experiencing the same event.  Sue to EK Agency’s up-to-date technology the agency can operate remotely and phones can be forwarded so its employees can service their clients no matter what set-back or disaster EK Agency may face.  The proof is in the facts, Etler-Kettenacker Agency’s disaster preparation paid off and business continued without any interruption.  This proves the EK Agency is always there for their clients when they need them.
