EK Agency’s Manager, Rachel Kettenacker-Butler was alerted of the pipe burst and came in quickly to determine the extent of the damage. The EK office itself suffered some damage since it was one floor below where the pipe ruptured. The office opened as usual and EK was able to continue servicing their clients in need and who were experiencing the same event.
